The context

Start with the way
the business works.

A commercial-kitchen project moves through sales, design, purchasing, fabrication, delivery and service. Each team needs its own workspace, while the project needs a continuous record of what has been agreed and what happens next.

We developed applications around that lifecycle: role-specific workspaces for founders, staff, dealers and customers, with project stages connected to quotes, invoices, procurement and support. The starting point is the way the business works.

A closer look

Inside the system.

A common thread through the project.

Enquiry, design, fabrication, dispatch, installation and after-sales become explicit stages in a project workflow. Quotes, invoices and support records give teams the context needed to pick up the next part of the work.

Different responsibilities. Relevant views.

Staff workspaces bring together pipeline, projects, purchasing, stock and work orders. Dealer and customer views focus on their part of the relationship, while the founder workspace surfaces business activity and commercial information.

Finance work that can be reviewed.

A complementary bank-reconciliation application brings statement ingestion, transaction classification, review flags and an audit trail into one workspace. Rule-based categorisation supports review; the team keeps control of the final accounting decisions.

The design principle

Build around the handoff.

The value of an enterprise application lives between departments as much as within them. We shape the system around those transitions, so the next person has the context to act.
