The context

Start with the way
the business works.

An order is only the beginning. Restaurant operators also need to coordinate the kitchen, understand ingredient use and see how menu decisions affect profitability—all while service continues.

Keystonne OS brings point of sale, kitchen workflows, inventory and owner reporting into a connected application. Embedded AI can help propose a dish plan or price change, with the operator reviewing the proposal before it changes the business.

A closer look

Inside the system.

An interface built around service.

The point-of-sale workspace supports menu selection, modifiers, orders and billing, with kitchen views for the next stage of service. English and Hindi are first-class product languages, extending the same workflow across the people who use it.

Follow the dish beyond the ticket.

Recipes connect ingredients with the menu. Profitability reporting brings popularity and contribution margin into view, distinguishing recipe-backed costs from estimates so an operator can understand the basis of a recommendation.

AI proposes. The operator decides.

AI tools can prepare proposals such as new dish plans and price changes. They enter an approval inbox; a proposal itself does not change business records. Once approved, it follows the application’s existing business workflow.

The owner’s view

The design principle

Intelligence belongs in the workflow.

Useful AI has context, a defined responsibility and a clear next step. Here, the recommendation and the operator’s decision belong in the same system.
