How Kerning AI collects, processes and protects your data.

What we collect

When you contact us through this site, we receive the information you submit — name, work email, company, role, and message. Technical information such as your IP address and browser information may also be recorded with the submission. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate website measurement. Google Analytics may also be enabled when configured for a deployment.

How we use it

We use submitted contact information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not enrich it against external databases or feed it into model training pipelines.

Where it lives

Form submissions are sent via Resend to our team and retained in our customer-relationship system for the duration of an active engagement. The hosting location, processing arrangements and responsibilities for customer operational data are defined in the applicable project agreement.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing privacy@kerning.ooo. We respond within thirty days. If you are an EU/EEA or UK resident, the GDPR / UK GDPR rights apply in full.

Cookies

Signed-in workspaces use cookies needed for authentication and site functionality. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies when it is enabled for a deployment. Vercel may also set technical cookies for the hosting layer.

We update this policy from time to time. Material changes are highlighted on this page with a revised effective date.
